Center City Lofts

The ‘Lofts’ building, is a 1920’s era building that has been converted into four quintessential loft style apartments.  Each unit features 14 foot ceilings with exposed beams and HVAC ducts, as well as original hardwood floors. All the units have stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, flat top range, dishwasher, and over-the-stove microwaves), washer/dryer, maple cabinets, upgraded light fixtures and hardware and tile/granite bathrooms. Select units also have unique features such as a private rooftop terrace, jacuzzi bathtub, wet bar, wine cooler, and custom built-ins.

The Flats @ Center City

The ‘Flats’ building, is a building built in the late 1800’s that includes 4 renovated, high end, apartments (or flats). All the units feature hardwood flooring, upgraded carpeting in the bedrooms, tile bathrooms, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, flat top range, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, hickory cabinets, and upgraded light fixtures and hardware. Select units also have direct access to the common rooftop patio located atop the ‘Lofts’ building.
